Surf & Yoga Weekend - Newquay, Cornwall

A weekend full of fun fun fun! This is a break away tailored to you. You can surf or just kick back and absorb the atmosphere letting the sea and salt air relax and rejuvenate body and mind. You can also take time out to take a dip in our heated hotel pool and let any tension melt away from tired muscles in our steam room. We offer two classes of yoga and meditation daily, it is not compulsive to do all classes pick and choose to make a tailored holiday experience doing as much or as little as you like.
Your surf lessons will be guided by Level 2 certified surf coach and lifeguard Dale and joining him will be professional surfer Jaide Lowe. Jaide is part of team GB surf squad and is sponsored by Gul.
Surf inspired Yoga classes will take place in our purpose built yoga studio and taught by Aimee Stapleford our 500RYT qualified Yoga teacher and post grad diploma certified Yoga therapist. Leading you through several styles of yoga, from blood pumping warming and detoxifying asana (yoga postures) to the more restorative, reclined gentle stretches to help you avoid that post surf ache! Daniel our Sivananda trained Yoga teacher will be guiding you through soothing and calming daily meditation techniques.
And why not treat yourself by including a post surf massage with Kerry our on site massage therapist for just £10 extra! Treatments will take place in Kerry's beautiful, blissful and relaxing boutique treatment rooms.
